Waiting for Action
Okay mom, it's the weekend, let's fluff our feathers & have a party! Woot Woot for the weekend. Time to rock the Canadian Shield birdie style!
Stealing Food, Birdie Style.
There's nothing quite as delicious as another birdie's food. Above, I am trying to look less guilty, no one can see me up on this hook. The fact that I was caught on camera (below) escaping the scene of the thievery is incriminating I agree, but not conclusive! Keito

April Snow Brings Bird Feeder Frenzy
April 6th, snowfall warning, and hungry birds & squirrels.
Magnificent Hyacinth Macaws
Spring Bird Feeder Activity
The birdies are busy on this mid spring morning. Even the squirrels are making short work of the sunflower seeds and peanuts. Ah, the glory of nature.
Feathers of Spring
Keito gives mom the best present for Easter, a lovely wing feather. Molting has begun at our house, kind of a feather storm erupting, clouds of downy feathers with plumes of green, blue, red and yellow ones following. Spring has sprung!
